A to Z Commercial Bootcamp
6-Week Program • Stamford + Virtual • Workshop-Based
A structured, hands-on program designed for real estate professionals committed to mastering commercial real estate. This course combines classroom learning with real-world application and ongoing accountability.
- Meets twice weekly (Tuesdays & Thursdays at 11AM)
- Tuesdays in-person (Stamford), Thursdays virtual or in-person (Westport/Trumbull TBD)
- 15 total sessions with guided development process
- Includes “boots on the ground” exercises and business-building strategies
Participants receive ongoing support and training designed to build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed quickly in commercial real estate.
CCIM Commercial Foundations Course
2-Day Classroom Course • CCIM Certified
A comprehensive introduction to commercial real estate fundamentals through real-world case studies and financial analysis.
- Analyze leases and investment value
- Understand owner vs. tenant needs
- Develop personal and property marketing plans
- Utilize financial analysis tools and calculators
- Perform mortgage calculations and investment projections
Participants receive a CCIM Financial Calculator to support real-world investment analysis and client scenarios.
