Andreas Senie has over 15 years’ experience in all aspects of the professional real estate industry. He is the Founder and Managing Partner, Broker/Owner of EAC Properties LLC, a full-service Commercial Real Estate Division, providing Investor, Tenant, Seller, and Landlord Representation. EAC provides Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Advisory Services. Constantly adapting to the latest technology without losing sight of traditional business values combining the best of bot in the service provides.

Andreas is the Founder of CRE Collaborative’s CRECo.ai platform, that aggregates mission critical Real Estate Data into a completely customizable dashboard for Commercial Real Estate Professionals to easily access real time actionable insights.

Andreas is also the creator and host of the “CRECo.ai Real Estate Roundtable” providing a comprehensive all-in-one view of what’s happening across the real estate industry — straight from some of the industry’s earliest technology adopters and foremost experts.

He is a 3rd generation real estate developer. First inspired by his grandmother, Sue Senie, who was the first female commercial broker in Westport, Connecticut, Andreas and the entire Senie family continue to be involved in real estate development, having developed and marketed multiple projects of varying sizes in the Northeast, ranging from condo complexes to multi-million dollar mixed-use villages.
