EAC ATOZ COMMERCIAL BOOTCAMP

This course is for Realtors looking to dedicate themselves to mastery in Commercial Real Estate.

Materials provided to class.Bootcamp EAC A to Z Commercial - Winter 2023 -  Materials provided. This is workshop based course with one on one accountability and business building processes. 

The class will be hosted twice a week for six weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11AM. Tuesdays in person in Stamford and Thursdays virtual and or in person from the Westport or Trumbull office (TBD). Participants can expect day-by-day support through a managed agent development processes designed to make sure each agent is equipped with the knowledge, and skills necessary to succeed quickly. This training is fifteen sessions long with boots on the ground exercises to make you successful!

Expect to spend at least half a day per session minimally on business building assignments outside of class hours. These exercises will build your network and your industry knowledge. We will review assignments one on one outside of class either by phone, email, or in person as scheduling allows.
Skills you will need and or learn during this course: prospecting, cold calling, networking, written communication, researching properties, identifying and understanding zoning, identifying and understanding client needs, valuation, and key tools.

Cost:  $1,450.00 of which 50% ($725.00) is returned to you once you close your first commercial transaction.
